What To Do First If You Believe

What To Do First If You BelieveThere are several different ways to find out if you have a warrant out against you. If you have been arrested in the past, but never received  a court summons or heard back from the police or court system in any way, then you might want to inquire with the courts or the police department if there is a warrant out for you. However, you need inquire with extreme caution because if you do have a warrant and you talk to the police, the police may immediately arrest.

If you have been arrested in the past and were never given a court date or had any communication by mail regarding the arrest, then you should discuss the situation with an attorney to determine your options on how to address a possible warrant situation.
